About Us

The City Watcher’s House Prayer Ministry/Movement is a non-denominational prayer and Unity Kingdom Movement (registered in Nigeria with the CAC - CAC/IT/NO/129346) that have been working with Churches and Ministries to unite the Church, in prayer for revival, transformation of our cities and healing of our hand and nation. It is more than two decades old, initially began in Jos City, Plateau State of Nigeria with what we used to call “Prayer for Jos City”.

The scripture recorded as follows:

The people of the city said to Elisha “Look, our Lord, this from well situated, as you can see, but that water is bad and the land is unproductive”. “Bring me a new bowl,” he said, “and put Salt in it”. So they brought it to him. And the water has remained pure to this day, according to the word Elisha had spoken.
- 2 Kings 2:19-22

This prophetic event which took place at the early stage of Elisha’s Ministry in a city which we know to be Jericho, was the spiritual trigger which the Holy Spirit used to turn a concern and burden for the Church in my city into a clear vision. A vision that began in Jos, but has taking us to many cities and communities in Nigeria, with capacity for global and international impact.
